BBQ Pork Ribs

***Crockpot= add ribs, BBQ sauce, and H2O. ratio 1:1. Cook all day on low. ***
***Oven= Wrap in foil or saran, cook 2.5 hrs at 200. Add rub and cook 2 more at 225***

Very easy to prepare but a little more expensive to buy (each share was $13). Good variation from chicken.

We did the ribs last week with my family here and they were really yummy. I didn't have enough time to slow cook all day but I wrapped them in foil and cooked for 3 hours with the rub on.

when we did the ribs we did it in the crock pot and did not add anything more than was in the bag (did not add water). they turned out very yummy and the rub was AMAZING!!! we were glad we didn't add water as the sauce ended up plenty thin with the juices from the rib meat.
