Creamy Italian Crock Pot Chicken

***Cook in crock pot until chicken is not pink (6-8 hrs on low)***

So I haven't had good luck lately with crockpot meals so I did this in the oven instead. Put it in a casserole dish, covered with foil and cooked for 1 hour at 250 and then 30 min at 300. Checked the internal temp. Served it on rice and poured the extra sauce on top. It turned out really good.

Angel, sorry you have had crock pot issues as of late. We did this on Monday (in the crock pot) and it worked great. There was actually more chicken than we needed so I ended up pulling the frozen chunk in the middle out before it cooked and used it for something else. We also put it over rice and also like it over noodles (but prefer rice).
