We loved this meal. It is different but very good. I would say more cheese next time but I love lots of cheese. Everything I have tried I love. I am so glad we got together~
We had this tonight and it was really good. I thought it might be a little weird but it totally surpised me and I think I like it better than classic lasagna. I thawed it on the counter for a couple hours- still frozen so I put it in a low temp oven for 20 min and then cooked at 350 for 2 hrs
i also was surprised at how much i liked this. the kids didn't love it because of the kick in the salsa (but my kids aren't spicey fans). i think we used medium salsa...anyone else want to consider going with mild for the meals that use salsa? not a big deal, just a thought.
