Apricot Chicken

***Thaw. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 1 hour***

I doubled the amount of sauce (2-16oz bottles of Russian dressing, 2 jars apricot jam, 2 pkg onion soup mix)

Very quick to assemble once chicken is cleaned and cut. Wal-Mart and Target do not carry Russian dressing but Smith's does.

this was pretty good and super easy. i'm glad angel doubled the sauce.

We cooked this on the BBQ and the chicken turned out tender but we couldn't taste the sauce at all.
